1. Marketplace
The IzzieProp Marketplace is a platform that lets sellers post their products on the IzzieProp Marketplace for use by the buyers. 
2. Listing your products
2.1 Approval Process: Your registration application will be subjected to approval process established by us prior to listing your
products on IzzieProp. You understand that we reserve the right to change the review standards and processes in its sole discretion.
2.2 Compliance: You shall ensure that your products comply with the terms of the marketplace, all applicable laws, including terms of service. The
terms of this Agreement will control in the event of any direct conflict with the terms of service mentioned herein. 
By following the Seller Guidelines, you help keep IzzieProp safe for buyers and sellers alike. Keep in mind that all sales are final once the buyer rates
the seller.

• Listing must be a legal item owned by the seller
• Selling of the item must not violate any local, state or federal regulations
• The buyer wants to know what they’re getting. Provide them with all the details. This will also optimize sales. Include when necessary:

 o Size
 o Brand
 o Condition and describe any imperfections or damage
 o Proof of authenticity
 o Quantity

 o Provide clear photos taken by you

 o Please do not use stock photos lifted from websites
 o If there are any imperfections, please make sure to include a clear photo to avoid a return request
 o If you’re listing more than one item, you must provide a clear image of each item

 o If Seller Misrepresents the product they are selling the seller is responsible to give 100% refund including shipping cost.
 o Seller will not get paid until the item is received and approved by the buyer.

 o Seller must ship the item within 3 business days of purchase

 o IzzieProp must be able to confirm delivery through a valid tracking number

If we can’t confirm receipt then its not eligible for Shipping or Seller Protection

3. Your Support Obligations
You agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide chat, to Buyers with respect to your products. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing adequate support to Buyers and we are in no way responsible for supporting any claims or complaints against you. You shall provide to us with a current email address to which we may direct support inquiries from Buyers with respect to your products. If you receive a support request from us or Buyers, you shall respond to such request within four (4) days. In cases where we identify an issue to be critical, you agree to respond within six (6) hours from the time of receiving our support request.
4. Restrictions and Responsibilities 
4.1 You represent and warrant that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that all information you provide to us is and will be true, accurate and complete;
4.2 You represent and warrant that all intellectual property rights in and to the products submitted for listing on IzzieProp are duly licensed or owned by you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE (I) THAT USE OF OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS OR (II) THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER THE PRODUCTS.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any loss, claim, liability, damage, action or cause of action (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of any claim relating to any products or the use of the products (including any claims made by or arising from
Buyers), or from any breach of your representations, warranties or obligations set forth in this Agreement (individually, a "Claim," and
collectively.
7. General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes and merges all prior
proposals, understandings and communications. 
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to this Agreement, such provision will be deemed to be
restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable Laws, and the remainder of this Agreement
will remain in full force and effect.
