At IzzieProp, we strive to maintain a secure marketplace. However, your assistance is crucial in ensuring a safe environment for buying and selling.

Maintain a Kind and Thoughtful Environment:

Recognize that buyers and sellers on IzzieProp are real individuals, mostly photographers just like you. They are not professional retailers. Treat them with the same respect as you would your friend. Represent yourself and your items accurately, listing only what you genuinely intend to sell and at the specified price. If negotiations occur, approach them in good faith.

Prohibited Conduct:

Avoid engaging in conduct such as sending threatening messages, listing items associated with hate groups or promoting violence, using racial slurs in messages or listings, and providing false information. Refer to our complete list of Prohibited Conduct for more details.

Ensure Safety:

For your safety, we recommend that all communication takes place within the app, and refrain from sharing personal or financial information for online transactions.

Adhere to Legal Standards:

Comply with the law when using our platform. All listed items must be legal to sell and ship under federal, state, and local regulations. If you don’t own it, refrain from selling it. Explore our full list of Prohibited Items for more details.

Prohibited Listings

Prohibited Listings

IzzieProp prohibits the listing or sale of any item outlined in the list of prohibited items. If a Seller lists a prohibited item, it will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service, regardless of whether the Seller acted intentionally or not. If IzzieProp determines that a listing is in violation or is otherwise inappropriate, IzzieProp may, at its discretion, remove the listing and cancel any related transactions, up to and including termination or suspension. IzzieProp may not be used in connection with any product, service, transaction, or activity that, in general:

Violates any law or government regulation or promotes or facilitates such action by third parties.

Is fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory.

Causes or threatens to damage IzzieProp’s reputation.

Violates the terms of any bank, card, or electronic funds transfer network.

Results in or creates a significant risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages, or other harm or liability.

The list of Prohibited Items may be updated from time to time at IzzieProp’s discretion. Examples of items that fall under certain categories may also be expanded to provide better communication and context to our users.

IzzieProp may not be used to sell any of the following products or services:

Anything illegal.

Drugs, including illegal drugs or narcotics, prescription medicines or devices, pharmaceuticals, or behind-the-counter drugs.

Products, tools, or services specifically offered or intended to be used to create or use drugs. Grow ingredients for drugs (such as seeds for cannabis plants).

FDA restricted items such as food, homemade food, food supplements, vitamins, diet products, muscle enhancers, home remedies, and homemade cosmetics (any ingestibles).

Listings or items descriptions that offer miracle cures such as “cancer protection”.

Listings that make false health claims or misuse terms (such as “virus”, “epidemic”).

Items that contain cannabidiol (CBD).

Inflated prices where listings attempt to profit from tragedies and disasters (such as “paradise fire”, “coronavirus outbreak” etc).

Stolen goods: Note: If a purchased item is reported as stolen, a demand for return may be received from the victim or another party, and the item may be confiscated according to the regulations of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act no. 131 of 1948).

Counterfeit goods or goods infringing on a third party’s intellectual property rights: Listings of non-brand, non-genuine, imitation, fake, or replica.

Items in violation of copyright, including handmade, or other items with copyrighted characters, brand logos, etc. Note: For brand-name products, serial numbers or receipts must be available when listing the item.

Weapons, including firearms and firearm parts; including airsoft and bb guns, ammunition and ammunition components, knives such as switchblades, hunting knives, pocket knives, butterfly knives, knives that are concealed or hidden within other objects, or are made of materials that cannot be detected with a metal detector. Note: Kitchen cutlery and multitools that include knives are permitted.

Explosives or military ordinance, self-defense items, including military-grade items. Alcohol.

Tobacco products: Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, e-hookahs, or other vaporizing instruments that contain nicotine or are associated with tobacco or nicotine usage, vaporizing liquid without nicotine.

Items used for identity theft (such as account credentials, user login information, and/or account access codes).

Any item that contains a computer virus, malware, or spyware.

Items not in your possession: Dropshipping, advertisements or listings for objects being sought, items you do not currently have, or that are on order, or will be shipped at a future date, coupons to purchase products.

Items that are a safety hazard, including but not limited to the following: Restricted from shipping in the mail or other delivery services, products that have been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission may not be sold on the platform. Note: Flammable or combustible liquids and any other items that require special mailing or handling instructions must be sent using the ship on your own option.

Products designed to circumvent copyright protection techniques or otherwise facilitate the unlicensed use of copyright materials (such as “mod chips” to break the encryption on game computers to allow the playing of unlicensed game copies).

Age-restricted products or products that require legal approval, seller/buyer registration or licenses to be sold.

Gambling, including using this service for raffles and mystery purchases, or selling lottery tickets and pull tabs.

Regulated financial products and services such as bonds, securities, warranties, and insurance, cryptocurrency, currency exchange, buying and selling gift cards or prepaid cards, selling precious metals, including gold, silver, and platinum sold in any medium, selling loose (unset) precious gemstones such as rubies, sapphires, diamonds, and emeralds.

All live animals, taxidermy, wet specimens, or trafficked materials (such as ivory or shark fins). Note: Bones, claws, pelts, and teeth are permitted if they are not from protected species. Humans, human body parts, organs, cells, blood, body fluids, and items that are soiled with human materials such as used underwear.

Explicit items: Pornographic or obscene materials, sexually related items such as sex toys and fetish items.

Offensive listings: Items, listings, photos, or content that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racism, or discrimination aren’t allowed (determined at our discretion). Note: Any item may be removed at the discretion of the company.

Safety Guidelines

Online Safety: Guard your personal contact information, such as your phone number or email address. We are unable to assist with interactions outside of the IzzieProp app or website. Utilize the in-app messaging feature to communicate with your buyer or seller, ensuring a record of your conversations. Opt for a credit card over a debit card for online purchases. Credit cards typically offer enhanced security features, purchase protection, and greater likelihood of reimbursement for fraudulent transactions.

Create a strong password and update it regularly. Opt for non-dictionary phrases with numbers and special characters. Avoid using the same password across multiple accounts. Never share your IzzieProp account or password with anyone, including third-party websites. IzzieProp will never request your password.

Avoid clicking on links received via email to log into your IzzieProp account. Safely log in by going directly to or accessing through the official app.

Prior to making online purchases, carefully read the listing, review photos, and check seller reviews. Ask any necessary questions before making payment.

Report questionable or prohibited items using the “Report” link on the item listing page.

Financial Safety:

Avoid sharing personal financial (payment) information or contact details with other users for online transactions.

For your protection, conduct transactions through the app or site. Transactions with payments outside the app or site are not covered.

Inspect items thoroughly upon delivery, and buyers have72 hours from delivery to request a return. Once this period passes or the buyer rates the transaction, sales are final. Test items, particularly expensive or electronic ones, before rating your seller. If you suspect fraud or criminal activity, contact us at or report your suspicions to law enforcement.

Shipping Protection:

For Izzieprop prepaid labels, receive up to $200 coverage for standard, economy, and Media Mail shipments, and up to $20 for First-Class Envelope rates. Issues with Returned Items: If you don’t receive your item back after an approved return or if it arrives in a different condition, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

How Returns Work:

Once an order is placed on IzzieProp, it can only be canceled or returned with your consent. The item received was not as described The item received was in violation of IzzieProp’s Terms of Service The item did not receive an acceptance scan from the shipping carrier (first scan by the carrier after receipt/pickup of the package) within 30 calendar days from date of purchase IzzieProp does not accept Returns or issue a refund if the Buyer rated the order and released payment to the Seller or in the following circumstances:

The return request was approved, but the buyer did not return the item back to the seller after 15 calendar days from approval The buyer does not contact IzzieProp within the return timeframe or 72 Hours.

Shipping Protection Details:

To qualify, ensure the package is scanned within 3 business days, provide tracking information within 7 calendar days. Issues with Returned Items: If you encounter problems with a returned item, contact us for assistance.

How to Qualify for Seller Protection:

Follow these steps to be eligible for Seller Protection: List permitted items. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Items must not be on IzzieProps Prohibited Items list.

Transfer all rights or remove restrictions on merchandise. Provide accurate details and photos in your listings.

Additional Tips for Protection:

Clearly list item details, including size, brand, condition, and proof of authenticity.

Include clear photos taken by you, not just stock photos.

Provide a clear image of each item when listing more than one. Use an IzzieProp prepaid shipping label, keeping your shipping receipt.

Pack items properly for safe delivery; refer to our Packing Guidelines.

Buyer Protection

Your payment is held until your item is:

Delivered and you confirm it is as described.

72 hours have passed since the delivery date and we have not heard from you.

If the item does not match the description, you can request a full refund within 72 hours of receiving it.

For your safety, communicate within the app and avoid sharing personal or financial info during transactions.

Here’s how returns work:

Request a return within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and before rating the seller.

All sales are final after the buyer rates the seller or 72 hours after delivery.

You can return or get a refund if: The item is not as described. You received the wrong or missing item.

The seller didn’t ship the item There’s undisclosed damage. Returns/refunds aren’t allowed for:

Accurately described items. Fit/odor issues, changed mind. Return requests made more than 72 hours after receiving.

Requests made after rating the seller.

Offline transactions.

If you get an item that does not match the description, don’t rate the seller. Contact us in the app within 3 days of confirmed delivery to request a return.

Fraud Warning:

Be cautious to avoid fraud. Fraudulent transactions can lead to money loss with no recourse. If asked to transfer money in suspicious scenarios, contact us at or report to law enforcement. For fraud prevention tips, check the Federal Trade Commission’s website at
